What We Are

'Charlie' Warren and Francis Warren opened the doors of Warren's Apothecary in December 1960. Currently their daughters, Lena Warren and Charlene Edwards continue managing the business. It is the oldest independent family-owned pharmacy in Clarksville.

Warren's Apothecary offers full service pharmacy services to include prescription processing, basic compounding, insurance filing, and individual consultations.

We also carry durable medical equipment to include surgical supplies, ostomy supplies, EMT supplies, wheelchairs, walkers, canes, rollators, commodes, shower chairs, and home health aid products.

Certified Pharmacy Technician is Chuck Aanerud
Certified Prosthetic fitter is Mary Jenkins
Medicare and private insurance processing is handled by Alice Aanerud
Deliveries and equipment mainenance is performed by Clete Walker
