'Charlie' Warren and Frances Warren opened the doors of Warren's Apothecary in December 1960. Currently their daughters, Lena Warren and Charlene Edwards continue managing the business. It is the oldest independent family-owned pharmacies in Clarksville.

Our prescription service is completely computerized for both accuracy and speed. We guarantee a maximum of 15 minute wait for your prescription.All patients have a profile on the computer that assists the pharmacist in checking the prescription, the diagnosis and potential problems or side effects. These are all fully explained upon receipt of the medication.
We carry a full line of Jobst, Sigvaris, Mediven, and Activa, support hose and compression stockings for men and women. We carry over the counter compression socks, medical grade support hosiery, accessories like It Stays.

Breast prosthesis are available in standard silicone and whipped silicone. You may also choose a temporary prosthesis, which may be a swim form or a non-silicone.
Depending on the contour of your chest wall after surgery Mary, our certified fitter, will assist you with the correct size and shape prosthesis. Mary is knowledgeable, and will be able to answer your questions.
